Bill Hubbard joined Hi-Rel Group in July 2014 as Chief Operating Officer for North America and was named Chief Executive Officer in July 2017. Mr. Hubbard brings over 35 years of financial and operational experience with progressive responsibilities working for manufacturing companies. For the last 20 years, Bill worked for AMETEK HCC Industries in various capacities among multiple operational units ranging from Controller (HCC’s Merrimack Magnetics Division) to General Manager (HCC’s Glasseal and HCC’s SCP Products) and, most recently, as Vice President of Operations for AMETEK Electronic Packaging. His vast operational knowledge, commitment to customers, and business acumen for job-shop, custom manufacturing of glass-to-metal and ceramic-to-metal seal products, as well as his knowledge of the underwater cabling markets for military applications make Bill well suited to lead the North American Operational Team at Hi-Rel. Mr. Hubbard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts.
