Mike Kelley joined the Hi-Rel Group as Chief Financial Officer in September 2013. Mr. Kelley has extensive financial leadership experience supporting manufacturing companies. He began his career at General Electric (GE) in the Financial Management Program and went on to hold positions in the Corporate Audit Staff, Power Systems, and Electrical Distribution & Control, as well as an international assignment in Saudi Arabia. Subsequent to leaving GE, Mr. Kelley continued to work in finance at major industrial manufacturers, including Allied Signal and SPX Corporation. Most recently, Mr. Kelley assumed CFO roles at portfolio companies of private equity backed manufacturing entities, including Piper Aircraft, where he was a key contributor to the successful turnaround and sale of the business. Mr. Kelley holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley University in Massachusetts.
