07 AUG Bill Hubbard Promoted to CEO

Per Chairman Rick Ferraid, “Since my retirement in March, the Board of Directors has been conducting a formal process to select the new CEO of Hermetic Solutions Group (HSG). During that time, Bill has been President and acting CEO. There are many continuing opportunities to capitalize on the combination of PA&E, Litron and Hi-Rel and to create a truly integrated company – Hermetic Solutions Group. I’m excited to announce that Bill Hubbard has been promoted from President to Chief Executive Officer and will drive that integration. Bill has the experience and tools HSG needs to capitalize on the numerous opportunities in front of us and to successfully address the inevitable challenges we will face.”
Bill and the rest of the HSG team will continue their post-merger integration efforts that will position HSG as the premier provider of harsh environment products and services that meet the evolving needs of its customer base.
